• More than 72 hours before the tour: 90% refund (10% administration fee)
• Between 72 and 24 hours before: 70% refund (30% fee)
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
• On the day of the tour: No changes or refunds accepted

Credit cannot be transferred to another person or future date.
